Rule 74
Publication and Application of Vacancy Notice
(1) According to rule 14, after the percentage of filling posts and the number of posts are determined, the Public Service Commission will publish a notice containing the details of the posts to be promoted based on evaluation of work ability and seniority and performance evaluation. (2) In the notice to be published as per sub-rule (1), the period of service required for the post to be promoted, the period for which seniority will be calculated (as of the end of June) to be a potential candidate, educational qualification, the details and number of posts to be promoted, the office where the post is vacant, to submit an application The date and place should also be disclosed.
(3) The concerned candidate shall submit the application in the format prescribed by the Public Service Commission within the time limit specified in the notice as per sub-rule (1). In the case of gazetted posts, the Public Service Commission shall send the applications submitted in this manner to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee for promotion recommendation.

(1) In the case of gazetted posts, in order to be promoted in civil service, group or sub-group vacant posts by performance evaluation and seniority and performance evaluation, employees with the minimum service period and educational qualification as per section 21 of the relevant service, group or sub-group under the relevant service, group or sub-group in the case of gazetted posts.
